Just one selection today ahead of Cambridgeshire day but it is at Haydock where the ground has a bit of cut .

In the 16:18 I am going to chance a couple of points on Spaceman at 15/2 with Bet365 as they are paying 4 places.

He is an improving 3yo who scores highly on my figures despite only having run 5 times of which two were winners (form figures 23131). His pedigree suggests the ground should be fine and despite running mainly on the AW he did put up a good RPR on debut on turf. His trainer's runners are running to form over 50% of the time currently which is a very good rate and 4 winners and 9 2nd places in the last week underline the form they are in.


I did also look at the 16:45 at Newmarket and was tempted by Flying Frontier who drops down in class to a class 3 which is quite unusual for him, he has a very good record on Good ground and is on a very good mark. However its a competitive race with a number of unexposed 3yo runners so I will skip it .
