Not too bad on a tricky first day .

In the Spring Mile , I was surprised they all tacked over to the rail and Rainbow Nebula was locked in on the rail a fair way back and never figured.

On The River ran a solid race while never threatening the two market leaders he stayed on well to take 5th at a huge 28/1 BOG once again doing well for me .

In the Lincoln both selections were disappointing. The pace angle did indeed turn out to be Botanical and Urban Lion who maintained the gallop impressively. Unfortunately Greek Order did not go with them and ended up 8l off the lead in last and was never put in the race . He will drop a few pounds no doubt and I suspect his day will come soon . Galeron was well positioned on the pace but faded without ever offering a threat .

A small loss on the day .
